The Events Committee is in charge of organizing, supporting, and participating in any events sponsored or hosted by ACCA. This includes helping with the planning, execution, and follow-up of these events. These events are designed to benefit our members and industry partners. The Government Relations Committee advances the HVACR industry by developing and advocating for policies that promote growth and sustainability. It builds relationships with legislators, regulatory bodies, and industry partners, representing ACCA's interests in policy discussions. The committee educates and mobilizes members for grassroots advocacy, ensuring they are informed on key issues. The committee also manages the ACCA-PAC, organizing fundraising, candidate contributions, and advocacy events to support the industry's policy goals.

The Member Experience Committee is dedicated to enhancing the member experience by delivering high-quality ACCA products and services. Their mission is to create exceptional value for our members by collaborating with other committees to develop innovative resources and materials, repurpose existing content, and ensure that all benefits are accessible and impactful. They are committed to continuously improving the value we offer to both our industry and our membership.

The Membership Growth Committee is dedicated to two primary objectives. First, it focuses on attracting new members to ACCA, understanding that a larger membership base amplifies our voice and influence within the industry. Second, they are committed to retaining current members by fostering engaging and meaningful dialogue that enhances their experience with ACCA. Acting as the marketing arm of ACCA, this group is responsible for promoting our organization, highlighting the benefits and value we provide, and demonstrating how our resources can contribute to the success of businesses in the industry.

The Partners Committee works closely with ACCA staff to cultivate and sustain meaningful, long-term relationships that benefit both the association and its members. Their primary goal is to develop a robust and enduring ACCA Partner program. Key responsibilities include identifying potential partner leads, facilitating introductions, and nurturing relationships to align with the associations and members' long-term objectives. Additionally, the committee will focus on creating a seamless progression from associate-level membership to becoming a valued ACCA partner.

The Technical Committee is responsible for developing and maintaining ACCA's technical materials for our members. They will create new standards as needed and ensure that any ANSI-certified products remain compliant with certification requirements. Additionally, the committee will produce whitepapers to address questions from members and industry partners, providing valuable support and insights.
