Committee Purpose

The Technical Committee is responsible for developing and maintaining ACCA’s technical materials for our members. They will create new standards as needed and ensure that any ANSI-certified products remain compliant with certification requirements. Additionally, the committee will produce whitepapers to address questions from members and industry partners, providing valuable support and insights.

Get Involved with ACCA Committees

The call for volunteers is now closed. Check back for the application to join an ACCA Committee in April 2026.

Committee Participation Commitment

  • Committee members are expected to attend committee meetings including:
  • Eleven (11) monthly 1-hour virtual meetings.
  • One (1) in-person meeting at annual conference.
  • Committee members are expected to participate in the ACCA Products Committee Forum and respond to communications promptly.
  • Committee members can expect some coordination/contact outside of meetings.
  • Committee members should attend the annual conference and other planned ACCA events.
  • Committee members are expected to complete a Conflict of Interest and Disclosure of Interest form upon appointment and annually thereafter.
  • Committee members will annually grant prior approval for their company to ACCA-PAC.
  • Committee members will provide ACCA staff with vital expert feedback, guidance, and support in developing and advancing products and services.
  • Committee members will act as advocates for ACCA events, promoting attendance to their peer networks, colleagues, and other relevant parties.
