James has been a leader in sales and marketing, a corporate vice president and a sales training facilitator for over thirty-five years. Educated at the University of Akron for HR, Employee Relations and Psychology, James has worked as a salesperson, sales manager, general manager, and corporate VP of sales with a background in Energy Services, as well as a trainer and educator for several trade organizations including the ACCA, PHCC, HRAI (Canada), Honeywell, Service Experts, EAI Excellence Alliance and Comfort Systems USA.
He has developed a vast amount of curriculum for trades contractors and is a published author. He currently is partnered with SBR and facilitates training classes on Sales, Marketing, Sales & Marketing Management and Strategic Business Planning. He offers onsite “private” training and is a “remote coach” for service businesses, as well as providing sales mentoring in the field.
