ACCA 2025-2026 Contractor Policy Priority Feedback

Join the fight!

ACCA Members: Ensure your voice is heard by providing comments on ACCA’s policy priorities.

ACCA is proud to serve the entire indoor environment contracting industry! We are the industry’s voice on Capitol Hill and partner with Allied Contracting Organizations (ACOs) to support contractor priorities at the state level. ACCA members are invited to review the discussion draft of our 2025-26 policy priorities and provide comment. YOU can make a difference by making your voice and the contractor agenda be heard through ACCA’s legislative efforts.

We invite all members to provide comments on the relative priority of these issues and potential solutions, as well as your new ideas, with a deadline of March 16. Your feedback will lay the foundation for discussion and survey questions at the Contractor Town Hall, scheduled for March 27 at ACCA 2025 in Austin, TX.
