Kevin Holland joined the Air Conditioning Contractors of America as vice president for communications in 2001; took on the membership department in 2002; and in 2005 was named head of the Business Operations & Membership division. His portfolio includes oversight of the association’s marketing, membership, business development, education, communications, and information technology programs. He also serves as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of IE3media, Inc.
Kevin began his association career in 1992, when he joined the Maryland Motor Truck Association as director of public affairs. In 1998, he became director of technology policy for the American Trucking Associations where he served until accepting his first position at ACCA.
Kevin has been featured in numerous association industry publications, including Association Management, Association Meetings, and Associations Now, and he was honored as an Association Trends “Young Association Professional of the Year.” He has presented on association leadership, communications and technology before a number of groups, including the American Society of Association Executives, the International Association of Business Communicators, the International Association of Exhibitions and Events, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
A native of Maryland’s Eastern Shore and a 1991 graduate of Washington College, he lives in Northern Virginia.
