ACCA, the Indoor Environment & Energy Efficiency Association, has opened registration for ACCA 2016, the Business Solutions Conference for Indoor Environment Contractors. The 48th annual event is being held in conjunction with IE3: The Indoor Environment & Energy Expo, at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, NC, March 10 – 13, 2016. Registration is available online at www.accaconference.com.

ACCA 2016 is the largest educational event for the HVACR contracting industry. Whether you are looking to increase your bottom line, expand into new markets, or find new ways to motivate your employees, ACCA 2016 can address all those issues and more!

ACCA assembled a Conference Faculty to present learning labs in seven tracks, including: Residential Contracting; Commercial Contracting; Business Operations; Leadership; Building Performance; Radiant & Hydronics; and Quality Assurance.

The MainStage events for 2016 are going to be even bigger and better than previous years. Some of the featured events on the MainStage for 2016 are:

Fearless Leadership with Carey Lohrenz: Carey Lohrenz was the first female F-14 Tomcat pilot and a pioneer in military aviation. Having flown missions worldwide as a combat, mission-ready United States Navy pilot, she is used to working in fast moving, dynamic environments where inconsistent execution can generate catastrophic results. She will share her fascinating experiences operating in one of the world's most challenging environments - an aircraft carrier. She is uniquely qualified in the fundamentals of winning under pressure, reducing errors and overcoming obstacles. Her mastery of these fundamentals can help your team triumph in this high-risk, time crunched world.

Building the Future: The CEOs of the top HVACR manufacturing companies come together in an open forum to address contractor issues. And this year they are going to take questions directly from the audience!

The Contractor Victory Party at the NASCAR Hall of Fame, presented by Emerson: Contractors also get access to a special night at the NASCAR Hall of Fame on March 11. The Contractor Victory Party at the NASCAR Hall of Fame, presented by Emerson will be an evening of food, drinks, and entertainment in the Great Hall, which features rotating displays and lively videos. No additional registration is required for the party, but it is only open to full contractor registrants and social passes.

The Big Bang: This is where it all comes together! Part celebration, part rally for contracting success, The Big Bang will give you the energy and enthusiasm you need to head back home and make a difference in your business, your community, and your life.

New for 2016, we’ve set aside some time for you to get one-on-one advice from some of the industry’s hottest consultants. On March 10, 11, and 12; contractors will get the opportunity to have their questions answered about some of the toughest challenges they face in individual 30-minute meetings with one of the three consultants participating in the program. The consultants are: Fred Silberstein of SF & P Advisors, Brian Kraff of Market Hardware, and Tom Grandy of Grandy & Associates. There are a very limited number of appointments for full contractor registrants each day and they will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Make sure you sign up early to ensure that you get the meeting with the consultant of your choice.

"ACCA's conference brings so many contractors together in one place to learn, share, and grow together, which ultimately makes the entire industry more professional," says Paul T. Stalknecht, president and CEO. "We have again raised the bar on learning by bring in an all-star faculty that includes some of the best contractors and consultants our industry has. On top of over 35 learning labs, attendees can meet with over 200 industry partners that will all help them get to the next level of success in their businesses."

IE3: The Indoor Environment & Energy Expo is the industry's biggest and fastest growing marketplace and product showcase. The show floor is filling up fast, as HVACR suppliers gear up to present contractors the latest in improvements and technological advances aimed to make contractors' businesses more efficient and productive.
