I have 30 years business owner and management experience in HVAC and construction industry. I have a masters degree in business management and undergraduate degree in accounting. I have been an integral figure in starting several companies and provided consulting assistance to many others in the industry. My goal is to gradually move from the business operations side into the business consulting fields and/or the high education arena.
Specialties: My skills include marketing and branding, providing financial models for the specific needs of firms in the construction subcontracting fields, recognizing, consolidating and streamlining general overhead costs, educating and traning individuals with management skills and processes, and business and employment law for subcontractors in the construction industry.
