Paul Adams is the Chief Growth Officer & Founder of Royal House Partners which just completed the acquisitions of 11 brands in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee & Missouri.  Paul was most recently the CEO of Trudela Partners who specialized in HVAC repairs, maintenance and replacement for both residential and commercial in Texas.

Throughout his career, Paul has developed the capacity to formulate unique business solutions for large key-to-the mission initiatives and the tenacity to attract, recruit, manage, and retain the teams that execute them in highly complex and competitive business climates. He is adept at strategically identifying, devising, and implementing customized solutions to support global business strategies and needs. He leveraged those skills in his former role at Trudela by creating an innovative business model unlike other home service repair services; Trudela is unique among other home repair services because of their preventative maintenance approach. Paul successfully completed four acquisitions for Trudela in Q1 of 2020 while simultaneously implementing world-class systems (i.e. Sage Intaact, Service Titan, Bill.com). Paul was a 2020 D CEO Mergers & Acquisitions Award finalist. He has completed over 25+ stock and/or asset acquisitions within the last decade.

Leadership is a quality that comes naturally to Paul; which is best evidenced by his diplomacy, flexibility and exceptional interpersonal skills. Paul is an accomplished and versatile leader who instills customer confidence and promotes internal and external business relationships that have proven to fortify, drive, and sustain sales.

Paul’s professional experience is diverse and global in scope. In the early 2000’s, he coordinated a European acquisition integration/risk mitigation for a very large multinational corporation. Further, he has well over a decade of experience in removing cross-cultural barriers, which includes his work in over 16 countries, including travel to over 22 countries. He also resided in the United Kingdom, Belgium & South Africa for nearly five years.

Paul served as an executive/owner for Service Experts LLC., a residential & commercial HVAC replacement and maintenance company, which had over 100 service centers across North America, 2,800 plus employees and $435m+ in annual revenue. As an equity partner, Paul led the company’s day-to-day restructuring efforts to transform the organization into a profitable (+26m EBITDA) portfolio company within 36 months. In 2016 Paul helped facilitate the sale of Service Experts to Enercare a large utility out of Toronto Canada.

Paul also served as the Vice President of Operations & Business Development for Dal-Tile, the largest ceramic tile manufacturer in North America, where he was instrumental in developing an operational culture that exceeded planned revenue, operating income and cash objectives.

His tenure at Dal-Tile also included direction of sales operations for a $1.3B P&L that included new product launches, pricing tools, and the establishment of the company's B2B platform, the last of which included the implementation of the company's CRM system. He also led and authored Dal-Tile's Manufactured Stone business strategy and all associated planning that included a new product roadmap, sales plan, competitor analysis, and marketing plan ‒ all of which were instrumental in the sales channel’s efforts to exceed plan performance in 2012.

At the start of his tenure with Dal-Tile, Paul served as Vice President of Human Resources, which included supervision of and accountability for 10,000 employees in North America. He personally managed the human resources function and within two days of employment, achieved the Dallas Morning News' “Top 100 Places To Work” list in 2009 and 2010 for the company. Today Dal-Tile is still recognized as a top place to work in Dallas.

Earlier in his career, Paul developed his operations and human resources skills with ADT Security Services, SimplexGrinnell and UPS, where he held various management-level roles and quickly rose to director and vice president positions.
