These professionals brave the elements, work long hours, and solve complex problems to keep the air we breathe clean and the systems we rely on working efficiently.

Who can be nominated?

Any HVACR technician who demonstrates professionalism, dedication, and excellence in their work.

  • Residential or commercial.
  • Service, install, or maintenance.
  • Veteran techs or rising stars.

You're welcome to submit more than one nomination — and yes, you can nominate your entire team. If multiple technicians make a difference in your business or community, we want to recognize all of them.

March–May: Nomination period

Submit your nominations and tell us why this technician deserves to be recognized.

June: National HVAC Tech Day Celebration

In June, we'll publish the full list of HVAC technicians being recognized as part of our 2026 National HVAC Tech Day celebration. We'll honor them with a large-scale digital campaign designed to celebrate their work, amplify their stories, and recognize the essential role technicians play in our industry.
