Tech Challenge Downloads

Tech Challenge Downloads are tools you can use as part of your internal training programs. Each Tech Challenge contains a real-world technical troubleshooting scenario along with the necessary data to diagnose the problem. There are two documents included with each Tech Challenge: a handout version (without the answer) and an answer key. Print out the Tech Challenge handouts, distribute them to your technicians, see who gets the answer right -- and help sharpen your employees' skills for real-world diagnosis.
