Kane D’Amico is a dedicated HVACR professional with a lifelong passion for the industry. Following in his father’s footsteps, he has built an exciting and rewarding career filled with opportunities for growth and leadership. He began his journey in 1994 at Alliance Heating and Air Conditioning, starting as a helper immediately after graduating from vocational high school. His early years were spent installing ductwork, working in the fabrication shop, and gaining hands-on experience as a piping, wiring, and commissioning technician before becoming a service technician. In 2007, D’Amico was promoted to service manager. Facing initial challenges in the role, he found a turning point through ACCA’s Service Managers Forum, which provided him with the tools and connections to advance his career.
By 2014, he had risen to the position of general manager, and in 2019, he and a long-tenured colleague were offered the opportunity to purchase the business. Despite daunting challenges—including finalizing the purchase in April 2020 in the midst of a pandemic, with no employees and no scheduled work—D’Amico and his partner remained confident in their vision. Their teams and workload quickly rebounded, and they have continued to move forward with unwavering commitment. Beyond his career, D'Amico is a devoted husband to his wife, Jill, and a proud father to their two children, Kane Jr. and Kali. He credits Jill as his greatest support system and the key to his success, providing him with the courage and confidence to take on every challenge.
