With over four decades in the HVACR industry, Eric Woerner's journey from technician to executive and industry leader exemplifies dedication and a passion for excellence. Woerner embarked on his HVACR career in 1979, studying at a high school trade program to become a service technician. By 1983, he began working as an estimator and subsequently held various senior management roles throughout the United States, culminating as Senior Vice President of Operations at one of North America's largest HVACR contractors.
In 2020, Eric became a partner at A1 Mechanical, where he serves as a vice president. The company has expanded significantly, launching seven locations in just five years. Woerner’s leadership expands beyond his own business; he currently volunteers with ACCA committees by co-chairing ACCA’s Technical Committee.
