I have been in the HVAC industry for 34 years. I started as an Installation Apprentice in 1989, moved to the Service Dept. about 5 years later. I have held the position of Service Manager with several companies before moving to Operations Manager at CTI Mechanical Contractors, Inc. of Battle Creek, MI. in 2013.
