Jennifer “Jen” Pierce is the VP of Integrations at ACE Hardware Home Services. Previously, Jennifer was the the General Manager at Clay’s Climate Control, located in Linwood, NJ, where she founded the company with her husband in 2001. For the first 10 years of business, Jennifer worked part time at Clay’s Climate Control and ran the business while she raised her three children. Over time, Clay’s Climate Control grew exponentially, and full-time leadership was needed. Under Jennifer's full-time direction, Clay’s saw significant revenue and profit generation; Clay’s Climate Control won the 2020 ACCA Residential Contractor of the Year. Clay's Climate Control was acquired in 2022 by Unique Indoor Comfort, LLC, which was subsequently acquired by ACE Hardware Home Services in 2023. Following the acquisition, Jennifer was promoted to VP of Integrations where she helps companies integrate and create best practices for ACE Hardware Home Services as a whole.
Through her involvement with ACCA, Jennifer has served on the ACCA Mix Group Respro, PA-ACCA, and NJ-ACCA. Jennifer is also BPI certified, a NATE proctor in her area, and a member of Eastern Heating and Cooling Council. She is very active in local and trade high schools with the primary goal of bringing awareness to careers in the trades. She is currently on the ACIT (Atlantic County Institute of Technology) Board to help develop an HVAC program there.
Jennifer is passionate about whatever she sets her focus on and delivers above and beyond expectations. She wants to be able to give back to the organization that single-handedly helped shape her company into what it is today.
