Under his leadership, SoCal Airflow Pros became one of the top-rated HVAC companies in its service area, renowned for providing the highest level of skilled trade employees to serve its customers. The company earned numerous accolades, including ACCA Quality Assured (QA) Accreditation, National Comfort Institute Contractor Highlight, and the American Standard Built to a Higher Standard Award.
During the pandemic, the company experienced significant growth, with revenues increasing from $4.4 million to $6.6 million, eventually reaching $12 million. Cody sold SoCal Airflow Pros in November 2022 and transitioned to offering business and life coaching services. He now leverages his extensive experience to guide and mentor other professionals in the home services industries. He speaks at trade conferences to help the industry implement a high talented service provider into their business.
