The Safety Masters Club, sponsored by Federated Insurance, is your opportunity to demonstrate to the HVAC world and your local community your outstanding commitment to safety in the workplace. 

It recognizes ACCA contractors who have made a significant commitment to their company’s employees and customers by implementing safety programs.

Membership in the Safety Masters Club delivers concrete results: 

• It demonstrates to customers that you are committed to safety on the job.  As you know, trust is key between the building owner and contractor.  Part of this trust includes knowing that the contractor will work safely.  The Safety Masters Club is the marketing intangible that demonstrates this trust.  It could be the difference between your winning or losing a job.
• It reinforces your commitment to existing employees - that you care about their future, and that you will do all in your power to ensure them a safe and healthy work environment. 
• It serves as a strong recruitment tool for potential employees.
• Finally, it shows your insurance carrier, or prospective carriers when you shop your business, that you run a safe business.  We can’t guarantee it, but it just may save you some premium dollars.
