About the CFO
Brandon Jacob, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), founded Contractors Financial Opportunity LLC in 2002 after a successful seven-year career with an industry consolidator. During his time there, Brandon Brandon analyzed and valued over 1,500 air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical and drain cleaning contractors.

The contractors work mix included; residential service, light commercial service, mechanical, residential new construction commercial new construction and large project oriented businesses.

Since founding CFO, Brandon has become one of the leading consultants in the nation on HVACR contractor valuation and financial management. Although his focus has been on businesses with annual revenues of $500,000 to $4,000,000, Brandon has worked with contractors as large as $50 million.

This opportunity to analyze so many contractors' financial statements has provided Brandon a keen sense of understanding regarding small to mid-size business's financial statements.
