Steven M. Lauten (“Steve”) is President and CEO of Total Air and Heat Co. of Plano, TX, has been a part of the HVACR industry most of his life, and prior to coming to ACCA National served on the ACCA North Texas Chapter Board of Directors for multiple years, as well as stint on the TACCA Board. The company was founded by his dad Fred in 1957, and over 50 years later at the helm of the company Steve manages over 25 employees who provide both residential and commercial services to the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area.
Steve has served as Chair of the ACCA Disaster Relief Committee,, as well as being a member of numerous other committees, including Industry Relations and Chapter Relations. He has an extensive background of leadership in contracting associations at the local and state levels.
