Alyx Simon has been with ACCA since 2018 when she joined the team as the Government Relations Representative. For a year, she visited Members of Congress and advocated on behalf of ACCA's top priorities. In 2019, Alyx moved to ACCA's Marketing team as the Marketing and Advocacy Coordinator and ACCA-PAC Manager. She has continued to serve ACCA members by communicating our advocacy, events, and membership efforts. After a change in management at ACCA, Alyx's title changed to Digital Marketing Coordinator to better define the active role she plays at the association.
Prior to ACCA, Alyx worked with Ducks Unlimited in Washington, DC. This opportunity provided hands-on experience with policy affecting the nation's wetlands and waterfowl. Alyx also worked closely with Rivers of Recovery, an organization aimed at relief for veterans suffering from PTSD or TBI's through fly fishing and the healing powers of the outdoors.
Alyx Simon lives full time in Arizona with her Fiancee and their two dogs.
