ACCA Publishes 2016 Residential Service Agreements: A Benchmarking Guide

February 1, 2017

ACCA, the Indoor Environment and Energy Efficiency Association, published the results from its 2016 Residential Service Agreements Survey. The survey was conducted in September 2016 and contractors were asked to provide information for calendar year 2015.

The Residential Service Agreements: A Benchmarking Guide report looks at a number of factors such as: Number of Agreements, Sales, Renewals, Selling Techniques, Renewal Attempts, Service, Cost of Plans, Discounts, Marketing Costs and much more.

The Report is broken into two sections to give contractors information to assess where their company stands among all contractors and among contractors who have similar annual revenues.

The 2016 Residential Service Agreements: A Benchmarking Guide is available for $499 ($299 for ACCA members) at www.acca.org/residential-sma-survey or by calling 888-290-2220.

ACCA contractor members who completed the survey in September, received a complimentary copy for their participation.

If you have questions about the survey report, contact Hilary Atkins, ACCA's general counsel and senior vice president for finance & administration at hilary.atkins@acca.org.
