Bio

Over the last 17+ years, I have worked in the residential HVAC industry. Leadership, employee development and operations management are top passions. I take pride in being the go-to person for technical expertise to help solve wide ranging issues. Listening and understanding skills help me deal with upset customers to transform them into customers for life.

Having a personality requiring constant achievements and growth, I returned to college where I graduated with highest honors in May 2015 from the Warrington College of Business Administration at the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. UF’s College of Business is among the top 15 public business schools in the nation and the experience has expanded my academic skills across several disciplines. Through my work experience and educational background, my values have developed to include the following:

- I like to win. I get special joy putting others in a position to win

- I seek out problems and solve them

- When people turn for help, I'm standing there

- I speak multiple languages: average customer, professional technician, upset customer, CEO, trainer and good friend. Understanding people is the key to leadership

- I'm never satisfied with my current knowledge level, regardless of the subject matter. I am driven to know more so I am best prepared to help others and solve issues

- Dependability is my brand. Consider the job done - right. I have not missed a single day of work in 17+ years (except scheduled vacations)
