As founder and former CEO of Grendahl Mechanical, Inc. (formed in 1971), Jerry Grendahl focused on performing HVACR-Plbg work in medium to small size commercial and residential buildings in the greater Minneapolis and St. Paul MN. area.
After completion of a HVACR-P system in 1981 and after recognizing an owner's need, Jerry with his wife, Elaine, began to focus on helping medium to small size commercial and residential building owners in the management of their HVACR-Plbg systems and indoor air environment concerns. While interacting with the consumer with that mindset, they found the results were always positive for the consumer and for them. The end result, after many years of involvement with the customer, was a program/platform for HVACR and plumbing contractors, united as one force, to help building owners manage their hvacr and plumbing systems and manage their indoor air environment concerns.
We sold the business to our son, Brett, in 2013. After the sale, we then turned our attention to La Magna, Inc. which was in the process of developing the "Go Serve" Ecosystem (see Bio below.)
