We recently started texting customers through our dispatching software. We use FieldEdge and it allows us to send a text when the techs begin traveling to their home and reminds them of appointments the next day. You can also send feedback request after the job is done. It is a quick and easy way to get reviews.

We also use our dispatching software, Service fusion, to send text messages as reminders to customers.  The text may be set to be set on any given date and time, the evening before a scheduled call or the morning of.
