Hi Horace, Glad to hear you will be there.
Speaking for myself I have really enjoyed the classes I have attended.  I generally get 1 or 2 takeaways from each speaker.
The floor is great to see manufacturers and its full of companies that can share what they are working on now and trends and ideas for the future.
It's all stuff that helps me be prepared for the issues that I need to be ready for.

Also, the ACCA staff make sure that there are fun events that allow you to rub elbows and get to know peers that are doing the same things as we are.  :)

Look me up and say Hi

You will be very impressed with the big main stage events, but the learning labs are where the real action is. Industry experts with real time issues that we all see daily, and some best practices on how others have dealt with them. See you there.

    Hi Horace,
I started attending the annual convention a couple of years ago when it came to Charlotte, N.C.
Being a local North Carolina contractor, like yourself, it was close to home and a good chance to check it out. I was impressed by the quality of training opportunities available and I followed the track of classes that I felt would provide me with the most benefit, which is the business related training.

It is also a great opportunity to meet others from around the country. I feel this is one of the most valuable benefits, as most seem very willing to talk and share openly. This has helped me to learn a lot from the experience of others and to gain insights that have provided direction to me in managing and growing my own company.

I have attended each year since and plan to continue. I hope to get the chance to meet you in D.C.
I think you will enjoy it.
