1.  Disclosure/Release of Liability

I am looking for verbiage suggestions to add a disclosure/ release of liability to our technician invoices and maintenance agreements to cover us from issues with existing drain lines, refrigerant lines, ductwork and electrical. Please advise. Thanks

Maribeth,

Keep it simple, it won't protect you from everything but it will help and have your attorney look it over as laws or releases differ by state. Below is a quick example of something to start with but you will need to adjust base don your area and legal advice.

Example...HI-VAC Air Conditioning Services is not responsible for any issues, damage, failures or expenses related to per-existing conditions with ductwork, refrigerant lines, drain lines, electrical or other associated mechanical systems or components whether visible or hidden.
