    Hi all,
    Looking for some input.
We currently run about 13 residential replacement sales reps. We have used outlook for them for the last 10 years. it is not tied to our software, it has just been easier to coordinate this way.

Moving forward we are looking at some ideas, before we re-invent the wheel, I was looking for some quick answers to how others are doing it.

So, how do you currently scheduled your sales reps...Outlook, current company software some other 3rd party?

If you could let me know how many reps you run and what software you use (if any).

    Thanks all...

We schedule all field people including Sales Reps with our business software.  We currently use Successware and are transitioning to Service Titan.

We are currently using ESS (enterprise selling solutions) also known as HVAC Biz Pro.  We use it for the sales department only as our dispatching and quoting software.  It does not tie into our operating software which is SAWIN.

We moved to having a sales coordinator setting the sales teams schedule two years ago and it has worked well.  Sales guys like the quoting part very much.  We have 5 reps right now on it.

We only have one sales rep right now but are bringing on two more soon.  We schedule through our scheduling software (ESC) on a separate board just for sales and he gets the information on his mobile device.  We also use a selling program (Sales Builder Pro) that can integrate with some scheduling software or you can schedule sales reps directly on that program.  I know Sales Builder Pro recently integrated with Service Titan and a few other programs.  They are working on integration with ESC.  Hope that helps.

We use Service Titan.  We are much smaller company but trying to get our systems in place as we grow.  ST is great but not the answer to everything.  Dispatch board is great and you can track all calls.
