Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Items may be returned in good condition within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Items returned after 30 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Some items may have different return requirements or eligibility, and that will be noted on their product page.

Appropriate sales tax is added for Maryland and Virginia residents.
Active members may receive discounts on select products. If a discount is available, it is noted on the product page. You must be logged in as an active member to receive the discount. If you qualify for the discount, it will be indicated in the checkout process. Discounts cannot be offered retroactively.
Free Ground Shipping
Active contractor members of ACCA qualify for free U.S. ground shipping on select ACCA products when ordering online. If free shipping is available, it will be indicated on the product page. In order to receive the free ground shipping offer, you must be logged in as an active member with a membership type of contractor. If you are not logged into an appropriate account, if your membership status is not active, if your company's membership type is not contractor, and/or if you place an order via any method other than through our online store, then you will be charged standard shipping rates.
Expedited Shipping
Online orders are shipped via standard ground. If you need expedited shipping, please do not place your order online, and instead call 888-290-2220 during our regular business hours of 8:30am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Standard Shipping Rates
Standard ground shipping rates are based on the order total according to the following schedule:

Shipping is not charged against products that do not ship, such as event registrations or downloadable products.
