Wow! Hundreds of contractors gathered for the 2nd National HVACR Service Managers Forum in New Orleans, and they left charged up with ideas and enthusiasm to ramp up their game.

Tracy Parrish of Howell's Heating & Air Conditioning told us, "This year's Service Managers Forum was outstanding. The sessions were informative and relevant."

He went on, "Today's HVAC service manager is just that -- a manager, not necessarily a senior tech who still who still may work in the field. The forum focused on management and people skills. The type of skills that are helpful working on the business, not working in it ... You guys always do a wonderful job putting on these events."
