My professional expertise is in the areas of strategy, management, and information technology, and I have extensive experience managing field service organizations.
Prior to joining Parrish, I was with a Fortune 20 company for 20+ years and consulted with large businesses about how to leverage IT for competitive advantage. I also mentored a number of small (i.e., $20-$200M annually) federal contractors, helping them with strategic planning and business development.
While the decision to join Parrish was driven by personal reasons, my background with small business consulting and field service made me a great fit for the job. I'm responsible for operations and take the lead for strategic planning and marketing discipline. Day-to-day I manage the customer service, dispatch, accounting, HVAC sales, and warehouse functions.
As a side note, I'm a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator practitioner, and I'm certified to administer tests for Pearson (most notably the Bennett Mechanical Aptitude Test) and NATE
