I started my career in 1985 for a large mechanical contractor doing start-up work on construction projects. I moved to Miller Air Conditioning in 1987 and work as an apprentice, journeyman, operations managment and then ownership. Miller Air Conditioning was sold in 2011 where I remained on staff until August on 2012. I am currently the owner of Grissom Service Company, a small residential HVAC service and installation company. My plans are over the next few years to not only grow our very strong residential base but also expand more into the light comercial market.

In early 2014 I partnered with a great person and we formed Accurate Air Balance, LLC. With over 20 years in the test and balance market my partner Annette Bratton knows what it takes to ensure that a HVAC system is performing like it was designed to do. We perform test and balance jobs all over the southeast and are approved by many of the top mechanical engineers and mechanical contractors in the southeast.
