We’re going to approach this from a purely professional standpoint.  We’re going to assume that you want to increase the number of Preventative Maintenance agreements that you currently have, that you want to be known for your thoroughness and professionalism and not your speed and that you believe that the way to achieve your desired growth is to make your customers happy.  We will start at greeting the customer at the door to getting paid at the completion of your work, and everything in between.  We’re not just going to talk about what should be done to the furnace but the boiler, humidifier, electronic air cleaner and media filter as well.
