James B. Prosser (“Rhett”) is the President of Waccamaw Heating & Cooling, Inc., Pawley’s Island, SC, which primarily provides residential services to the coastal area of South Carolina.
Rhett grew up in the HVAC business and started working for his dad’s company in his early teens. After a couple of bumps along the road of life he opened Waccamaw Heating & Cooling and hasn’t looked back since while growing his company to the success it is today. He’s been a Trane Comfort Specialist for 5+ years and his company is also a Waterfurnace GeoPro Master Dealer. His company has won several Angie’s List awards, Chamber of Commerce awards, distributor and manufacturer awards, and, notably, a Woman’s Choice Award.
Rhett “owes” ACCA for the love of his life – he met wife Candy on an airplane returning to South Carolina from ACCA’s Annual Conference some years ago in San Antonio. He currently serves on the board of his state contracting association, as well as the ACCA Board.
